


How Kumar deals with the foes is crux of the story. He weighs heavy, but the efforts he put in for fights are really far-fetched. Though Mohanlal is known for doing concept-based films, he tried commercial film with Manyam Puli and he fit the bill perfectly. There are several heroism elevation sequences and Mohanlal appeared like a real tiger is ready to hunt. He was equally splendid in emotional sequences too. Kamalini Mukherjee played the role of Mohanlal’s wife credibly.
